RAPID
REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Participating in the Rapid Rewards Program
is entirely voluntary and subject to the terms and conditions hereby stated.
It may be modified in the future at Gourmet Shuttle’s discretion.
2. Rapid Rewards Points accumulate under the original
applicant’s phone number.
3. It is the
applicant’s responsibility to inform Gourmet Shuttle to revise his/her
telephone number if & when needed.
4. No orders or points can be transferred from
one phone number to another number or from one person to another person’s
account once the order has been completed.
5. No points
can be shared between two or more people. Points accumulate only under
the original phone number of the related order.
6. Rewards Points have no cash value and do not qualify
for any cash redemption.
7. Gourmet
Shuttle has the right to cancel a participant’s account at anytime
at the company’s discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity or
abuse.
8. Gourmet Shuttle, at any time, and at its discretion,
may change, revise or modify the Rewards Awards and/or its qualifying
thresholds.
9.
In the event that Gourmet Shuttle terminates this Program, participants
will be notified adequately with the opportunity to redeem their remaining
Rewards Gifts within a given period of time.

What is Transfer Bonus Rewards?
|
If a customer wishes to enroll in Gourmet Shuttle’s Rapid Rewards
Program, and has accumulated Rewards points from another restaurant
delivery service operating within the Gourmet Shuttle service areas,
these points are transferred to Gourmet Shuttle’s Rapid Rewards
program upon request. In addition to these original points, customers
will receive 20% ADDITIONAL BONUS POINTS subject to: |

Customer is expected to place at least TWO orders monthly
for the following three months |
| 2.
Transfer Rewards points apply ONLY to outstanding
points that have not yet been qualified for any Rewards
of any threshold. |

3. All previously qualified Rewards under
any threshold should be collected from their originating
source. |

Can Rapid Rewards Points be received from past
orders?
Points start accumulating once you setup your account. Past orders will
not count towards future points.

Is there an expiration date for Rewards points?
There is no expiration date for Rewards points as long as you keep your
account active.
To qualify for your Rewards points, keep your account active and inform
Gourmet Shuttle of any phone number or address changes. Outstanding points
in any account not active for 12 months will be deleted.
